Seeking Angel investors? Who do you know?

I am founding a new company to build #lowcosthomes4vets.  The current need is for angel investors for bridge capital using a short term a convertible note.

If you know of any angel investors, I would appreciate an introduction. The web site is http://XcalibRdev.com. Investors can use the Contact form to get information on the current short term investment available.

A value added discount is being offered for loans on a sliding scale.  First-in investors get the best deal.

The following is a sample of what investors can expect at time of conversion (after PPM compliance).

Even if investors have the opportunity to convert to a long-term investment before the due date of the note, the total amount of the loan plus interest will be applied to the conversion to long-term plus the value added discount rate.

Sample 1: At 20% Value Added Discount for Loan Amount
$2,000 Loan
+ $200 10% APR
$2,200 Loan plus Interest
When PPM compliant:
Convert Short Term to Long Term investment
$2,200 + $400 (20% Discount at time of Conversion) = $2600 for Long Term Investment

Sample 2: At 10% Value Added Discount
$2,000 Loan
+ $200 10% APR
$2,200 Loan plus Interest
When PPM compliant:
Convert Short Term to Long Term investment
$2,200 + $200 (20% Discount at time of Conversion) = $2400 for Long Term Investment

The image below shows the scale.
